Profile
FLAT C is an architecture and design studio, established by Selim Bayer and Bulut Cebeci in 2012, in London, UK.
There is shared interest and commitment of co-founders in creating architecture based on context and craft. Each project is acknowledged for its unique situation as references are drawn from arts, environment and everyday use. Based on a process driven methodology, the intention is to always achieve clarity in form and detail.
As of now, the studio has delivered several projects in the fields of residential, retail, hospitality and exhibition design. In 2015, FLAT C was selected as one of the finalists for the Young Architects Program: Istanbul Modern, initiated by Istanbul Modern in collaboration with the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa) and MoMa PS1.
The practice continues to have presence in both the UK and Turkey.
